In a remote English countryside prison, former judge Justice Bailey and his lover, warden Mrs. Wakehurst, run a harsh institution for young women who have committed crimes deemed morally reprehensible. Based on real events, the film follows Anne-Marie, a French model who escapes from this facility after being wrongly imprisoned and subjected to physical punishment by its cruel female wardens, including Margaret, Justice Bailey's former lover and accomplice in her daughter Mark's brutal regime.
