A Flash of Green

A reporter (Ed Harris) is torn between his friendship with a corrupt county commissioner (Richard Jordan) and his love for an activist (Blair Brown) opposing the commissioner's latest project, as he struggles to save an unspoiled bay from development. The film explores the protagonist's day-to-day struggles with his ailing wife and his conscience, set against the backdrop of small-town corruption in rural Florida.
