Kelvin and Fritz, lifelong losers, are given one final chance to prove themselves by entering the International Tournament of Rock Paper Scissors. Characterized as "ultra-cutthroat," this is their last attempt to be noticed and overcome their daily bullying. Jeremy Dozier stars as Fritz Flaherty in this action-comedy film.
