Swimming with Sharks

In "Swimming with Sharks," Frank Whaley stars as Guy, a young film executive willing to do whatever it takes to succeed in Hollywood. He becomes the assistant of notorious producer Buddy Ackerman (Kevin Spacey), who subjects him to sadistic verbal abuse and humiliation. When Buddy fires Guy over the phone, he snaps and kidnaps his boss, subjecting him to cruel punishment and mind games. As the situation unfolds, Buddy reveals a vulnerable side, including a traumatic past, and ultimately meets a grisly end at Guy's hands.
