Uncle Boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives

The film follows Boonmee, played by Thanapat Saisaymar, as he spends his final days surrounded by loved ones in the countryside. The ghost of his deceased wife appears to care for him, and their long-lost son returns home in a non-human form. Together, they embark on a journey through the jungle to a mysterious hilltop cave—the birthplace of Boonmee's first life—where he contemplates the reasons for his illness and grapples with the concept of reincarnation.
