A Fish Tale

Three children, Fly, his little sister Stella, and cousin Chuck, are accidentally transformed into fish after consuming a potion made by an eccentric scientist, Professor MacKrill. With one problem: they must find and drink the antidote within 48 hours or forever remain as fish. Underwater, they must contend with a pilot fish named Joe who has taken the antidote for himself, using it to create a civilization of intelligent fish and launch a revolution against humanity.
