Two of Us

Two elderly women, Nina Dorn (Barbara Sukowa) and Madeleine Girard (Martine Chevallier), have been sharing their lives for decades as neighbours and lovers, but are now planning to move to Rome. Their plans are put on hold when one of them suffers a stroke that leaves her mute and paralyzed, unable to reveal the truth about their relationship to her family.
