The Machinist

Trevor Reznik is a machinist struggling with paranoia and delusion after being unable to sleep for an entire year, descending into a world of urban gothic terror where nothing seems real. His insomnia has led to emaciation, isolation, and hallucinations, as he becomes convinced that a mysterious stranger named Ivan is stalking him and driving him insane. As Trevor's grip on reality falters, he begins to question his own identity and the events that have led him to this point, ultimately uncovering a dark secret from his past that has been hidden beneath his insomnia for years.
