Really Love

Struggling Black painter Isaiah Maxwell meets gallery owner Chenai Hungwe at an art show, and also connects with ambitious law student Stevie Richmond, whom he meets through his friend Nick. They begin to develop a romance as they navigate their careers and personal lives, with Stevie's parents disapproving of her relationship due to Isaiah's financial situation and Stevie's focus on becoming a lawyer for disadvantaged people. Despite their strong feelings for each other, Stevie eventually leaves Isaiah, citing that love can only last a season, leaving him to continue his art career and display the portrait he created of her.
