No Man of God

In 1985, Bill Hagmaier (Elijah Wood), a newcomer to the FBI's Behavior Science Unit, is assigned to study serial killer Ted Bundy (Luke Kirby). Through shared letters and interviews, Bundy coaxes personal information from Hagmaier, building a complex relationship that blurs the lines between investigator and subject. As Bundy prepares for his final execution, he begins to open up about his crimes, including confessing to 30 deaths, but also taunts Hagmaier with questions about his own morality. The film explores the complicated dynamic between Hagmaier and Bundy, as well as the moral complexities of their relationship, through a series of intense interviews and letters.
