Tokyo Rampage

In the 1998 Japanese drama film "Tokyo Rampage", Junior Chihara plays Arano, a young man who decides to start killing yakuza, and finds himself roped into helping a wannabe gangster and his bumbling underlings on a hit. As things initially work out, Arano's psychopathic tendencies quickly become more trouble than the gang expected.
