Rikka Isurugi (voice of Ayaka Nanase), a ninja and detective in training, seeks revenge against those who killed her family after their lab is raided by a weapons' company led by Lauren, her father's former colleague and an esper girl's father. With the help of her animal drones - Kasumi the eagle, Oboro the dog, Madara the flying squirrel, and Melissa, a robot drone created by her father - Rikka navigates her dual identity as a ninja and scientist to uncover the truth behind her family's deaths. Along the way, she forms bonds with Mia, an esper girl who becomes a key ally, and sets her sights on taking down Lauren and the mastermind behind the attack, Brad Ingram.
