A beautifully shot film with great fight scenes, Kate stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead as an assassin whose last hours are filled with revenge and unexpected bonding with a young girl. The movie is a fun, action-packed thrill ride with a strong female lead, but its derivative plot and formulaic storytelling may disappoint fans of more original films.
