Kite Liberator

Monaka Noguchi (Marina Inoue) is a polite young lady who eliminates her targets with precision, leaving only a flurry of feathers as her calling card. Taking place ten years after the events of Kite, this film follows Monaka's life as she navigates her dual identity as an assassin and a high school student, while also uncovering a conspiracy involving space radiation exposure and a mysterious entity known as the Angel of Death.
