A series of worldwide blackouts cause millions of mysterious cosmic anomalies to appear everywhere across the planet, drawing some people in with horrifying consequences. Dr. Leslie (Deanna Russo) is one such person, amidst a cast that includes Neil Hopkins as Adam and Clint Jung as The Chief. The film exists in a pseudo-anthology format, featuring multiple perspectives and storylines that never quite cohere into a single cohesive movie.
