In this psychological horror thriller, a series of gruesome accidents plagues a small American farming community in the summer of 1935, encircling two identical twin brothers and their family. The idyllic farm setting is a smoke screen for turbulence about to be unleashed as Niles and Holland Perry navigate a complex web of family secrets and supernatural forces. Directed by Robert Mulligan and written by Tom Tryon, "The Other" is a chilling tale of identity, grief, and the devastating consequences of playing with forces beyond human control.
