In "Skinny Tiger and Fatty Dragon," Detective Fatty Dragon (Sammo Hung) and his partner Baldy Mak Sui-fu (Karl Maka) are undercover detectives who infiltrate a Triad drug syndicate, only to be ordered to leave Hong Kong after their boss is bailed out by the gang leader, Prince Tak (Lung Ming-yan). The pair must evade Prince Tak's hired assassins and work together to apprehend him and bring down the crime syndicate. Along the way, they face various misadventures, including a chaotic robbery scene and a failed attempt at romance for Baldy.
