"Basilisk: The Serpent King" is a 2006 sci-fi horror film about Dr. Harrison 'Harry' McColl (Jeremy London), an archaeologist who discovers a 2,000-year-old basilisk in North Africa, which he brings to a museum in Colorado. During a solar eclipse, the monster revives and starts petrifying people. Harry and his friends must find a way to petrify the monster again to stop it.
