In this eerie and unsettling slasher film, a young woman named Alicia is tormented by bizarre phone calls after breaking up with her boyfriend Mike, who she suspects of cheating on her with her twin sister Barbara Ann. As Alicia's world unravels, she befriends an awkward film nerd Franklin, but unbeknownst to her, he harbors a dark and sinister secret.
