Ben moves into his third foster home with his new single father and siblings, who are considered "last chance" for a family. After settling in, they begin to experience frightening visions of a witch, forcing them to put aside their differences and work together to conquer their fears and become a cohesive unit. With the help of Officer Brown, played by Paul Matthew Lopez, the group must learn to rely on each other in order to overcome their challenges.
