"The Blue Hour" (1971) is a surreal and avant-garde sexploitation film about Tanya, played by Anne Chapman, who finds herself trapped in a dark world of lust and madness in Los Angeles. The film's striking visuals and unconventional editing create a dreamlike atmosphere punctuated by scenes of rape, murder, and her complex relationships with David, played by Edward Blessington, a priest, and other characters including Mary Beth Hughes and Nicholas Wayne as biker Dick Camden.
