The Woman Chaser

In 1950s Los Angeles, a shrewd used car salesman and aspiring filmmaker named Richard Hudson struggles to get his first film made, no matter the cost. With a penchant for chaos, Hudson enlists the help of his father-in-law, a washed-up former director with a passion for art, as he tries to greenlight his bizarre project, chronicling the tale of a truck driver who goes berserk and dies fending off police. As Hudson's obsession clashes with the studio executives, he must navigate a cast of eccentric characters, including his pregnant mistress, his sexually curious stepsister, and his bossy mother, all while trying to make his unconventional film.
