Days of Glory

In 1943, hundreds of thousands of men from French North Africa's colonial empire join the French Army to fight alongside Allied forces and liberate occupied France. Forged into an elite unit, these soldiers, known as "indigènes," face institutional discrimination and racism, and are relegated to menial tasks. Despite the bravery and sacrifices they make in combat, their contributions are often overlooked by their European comrades.
