In this animated adventure, Tod and Copper, now young adults, are reunited at a county fair where they meet a talented band of singing stray dogs called "The Singin' Strays". The group's performance is threatened when Copper is tempted to join the band, straining their friendship and causing chaos. As Copper navigates his newfound fame, Tod tries to save him from ruining everything - but ultimately, it's up to Copper to choose between his music dreams and his true friendship with Tod.
