In a grimly entertaining descent into madness, Matt Cordell returns from the dead to wreak havoc on the living once more, resurrected by the dark arts of a Voodoo priest named Houngan. As a police officer lies comatose in the hospital, Cordell uses his badge to do his bidding, stalking her progress and killing anyone who gets in his way - including her investigators and even the medical staff. Will anyone be able to stop the resurrected Matt Cordell, or will he bring terror to New York City once more?
