Deadly Eyes

In Toronto, giant rats the size of small dogs, mutated by contaminated grain, begin attacking residents after a health department inspector orders the destruction of their habitat. Paul Harris, a college basketball coach, teams up with Kelly Leonard, a local health inspector, to uncover the source of the mysterious rat attacks and prevent a massacre as the rats move on to a bowling alley and movie theater, targeting unsuspecting public.
