Hurricane Smith

Billy "Hurricane" Smith (Carl Weathers), a construction worker from Texas, travels to Australia in search of his missing sister. His quest leads him to a pimp, Shanks (David Argue), and one of his hookers, Julie (Cassandra Delaney), who both knew Billy's sister. After discovering her murder at the hands of crime boss Charlie Dowd (Jürgen Prochnow), Billy engages in a violent turf war with Dowd, resulting in the death of several key figures, including himself, at the hands of Dowd's own girlfriend, whom he had murdered earlier, before ultimately being killed by a swarm of sharks while attempting to escape on Charlie's chopper.
