The Girl in the Yellow Jumper

A police officer returns an elderly witness from a remote area of Uganda back to town when word spreads that a serial killer is on the loose. Along the way, he gives a ride to an injured man who shares his story of being tortured by female religious extremists for a political cartoon. The policeman's girlfriend's sister, revealed as one of the kidnappers, mistakenly identifies the injured man as responsible for her sister's death, leading to a tense confrontation and ultimately a deadly shootout.
