Fly Me to Polaris

A blind and mute young man, Onion, forms a tender bond with Autumn, a beautiful nurse, in a hospital setting. When he dies, becoming the 60 billionth human to pass away, he's granted a wish to return to Earth for five days, but with the condition that he can't reveal his true identity or appear as himself. As Onion navigates this extraordinary situation, he uses creative ways to communicate with Autumn, from leaving her notes and voice recordings to secretly helping her with hospital duties. Ultimately, Autumn must come to terms with her feelings for Onion, who is now a guardian angel, before time runs out and he's whisked away to Polaris again.
