In this electrifying action thriller, martial arts serial killer Chong is on the loose once again, but this time he's just a pawn in a larger game of crime and deception. When a series of gruesome murders eerily mimic Chong's M.O., NYC cop Tarek Richards must team up with his old partner Linda Masterson to unravel the truth behind the killings. But what they soon discover is that Chong has been co-opted by Dai Lo Fu, a ruthless gangster with far more sinister plans - namely, harnessing an ancient Shaolin time portal to smuggle modern artillery and seize control of Qing Dynasty-era China.
