Rabid Dogs

After a botched bank job in downtown Montreal, three desperate criminals take a young woman and a father with his four-year-old daughter hostage on a frantic and violent road trip that not all of them will survive. As they flee, they are pursued by the police and engage in a series of intense confrontations that leave two bodies dead, a woman seriously wounded, and another man stabbed but alive. The group's journey takes them to various rural locations, including a small town celebrating a festival, where they encounter locals who ultimately meet their demise. In the end, it is revealed that the father is not what he seems, and the true horror of his actions has only just begun.
