In this fast-paced comedy, legendary director Chang Cheh's protege Kara Wai Ying-Hung stars alongside Liu Chia-yung, nephew of equally legendary director Liu Chia-liang, in a kung-fu filled adventure where Liu Chia-yung is saved from drug smugglers by Hui Ying-hung.
