Tremors

In the isolated desert town of Perfection, Nevada, handymen Valentine "Val" McKee and Earl Bassett find themselves in a fight for their lives when they discover that their desolate town has been infested with gigantic, man-eating creatures that live below the ground. A small group of survivors, including seismologist Rhonda LeBeck, band together to take on the Graboids, giant subterranean worms dubbed by the townspeople. With no clear origin and a seemingly endless supply of tentacled tongues, these underground monstrosities prey on the folks of a remote town, forcing Val and Earl to confront their old town existence head-on in order to escape alive.
