Exhibition on Screen: Lucian Freud - A Self Portrait 2020

For the first time in history, the Royal Academy of Arts and Museum of Fine Arts in Boston collaborate to showcase over 50 self-portraits by Lucian Freud, one of the most celebrated painters of our time. Spanning nearly seven decades, from his earliest portrait in 1939 to the final one executed 64 years later, these works offer a fascinating insight into both Freud's psyche and development as an artist.
