True Romance

Comic book store clerk Clarence Worley (Christian Slater) falls in love with call girl Alabama Whitman (Patricia Arquette), and they get married after a whirlwind romance. With a stolen suitcase of cocaine, they try to sell it in Hollywood, while the Mafia and police are hot on their trail, putting their future together and their lives at risk. Along the way, Clarence's estranged father Clifford (Dennis Hopper) provides help, and the couple must navigate a complex web of crime and deception to stay alive.
