Hoffman

Peter Sellers stars as Benjamin Hoffman, a recently divorced executive who blackmails Sinéad Cusack's character Janet into spending a week with him in his London flat. Hoffman claims to have evidence that could send her fiancé Tom (Jeremy Bulloch) to jail and uses psychological bullying to control Janet. Despite her initial resistance, Janet eventually begins to fight back and negotiates the terms of her stay, even suggesting a long-term arrangement.
