Two mismatched men, 65-year-old doctor Pierfrancesco Mai and 30-year-old delivery man Mario, team up to help each other after a road collision leaves them in need of a solution for their jobs. As they navigate daring misadventures, they learn to support each other, with Frank Matano's character using his deliveries as an opportunity for medical visits remotely guided by Diego Abatantuono's gruff but lovable doctor.
