The Souvenir: Part II

In the aftermath of her tumultuous relationship with a charismatic and manipulative older man, Julie begins to untangle her fraught love for him as she works on her graduation film, sorting fact from fiction. As she navigates the complexities of her own emotions, Julie must also confront the fragility of her mother's grief and the blurred lines between reality and artifice. Through a semi-autobiographical account, Julie grapples with whether she truly loved Anthony or craved companionship from someone outside her circle. Ultimately, she finds the strength to move forward, but not without confronting the darkness of her past.
