In the rural Midwest, Hanklin Purvis (Larry Joe Campbell) and his wife Dorothy face a terrifying mystery when their farm becomes plagued by an unknown attacker targeting pets, wild animals, and eventually humans. As the body count rises, Deputy Samels (Stacie Hadgikosti) is called in to investigate, but it's not until they discover a deadly bacteria that the authorities realize they're dealing with a monster. Enter Francis Wellman (Kimberly Guerrero), a Native American who claims to have an ancient antidote, and together they must unravel the truth behind the attacks.
