A man and woman are drawn together, entangled in the lifecycle of an ageless organism. Amy Seimetz plays Kris, who is unwittingly affected by a complex parasite that has a three-stage life cycle. The parasite's effects cause hypnotic susceptibility, leading to manipulated behavior, identity blurring, and loss of control. As Kris navigates her new reality, she forms connections with others, including Shane Carruth as Jeff, who shares similar experiences, and discovers a deeper purpose in breaking cycles and finding hope amidst the chaos.
