In a desolate house on a remote island in Brittany, a composer's search for solitude is disrupted by an unrelenting stream of visitors who refuse to let him find peace. Trapped and isolated, he must confront his inner demons amidst the haunting beauty of his surroundings. As the boundaries between reality and composition begin to blur, the lines between inspiration and madness start to fade.
