Vamps

Frothy, goofy and charming, "Vamps" is a well-performed and decently written comedy horror film that delivers harmless entertainment despite never quite rising to writer-director Amy Heckerling's savvy ambitions. The modern-day story follows two beautiful young vampire women living in New York City who must navigate their immortality after love enters the picture. With its lighthearted tone, Vamps is a fun, if unremarkable, take on the vampire genre.
