The Method

The Method is a 2005 thriller film directed by Marcelo Piñeyro, based on the 2003 play El mètode Grönholm by Jordi Galceran. The story follows seven candidates selected for a final round to determine who will get an enviable executive position in a mysterious corporation, Dekia. As they undergo psychological tests known as the "Grönholm Method," tensions rise and alliances are formed, with one of the applicants revealed to be a mole working for the corporation. The remaining contestants must navigate their personal weaknesses and attitudes towards company work to emerge victorious.
