Le pays d'où je viens

In "The Country I Come From," a charming young man named Éric (Gilbert Bécaud) arrives in a small provincial town on Christmas Eve, where he befriends Julien, a shy bar pianist who is also his exact double. As Éric helps Julien win the heart of lovely waitress Marinette (Françoise Arnoul), they both navigate their own complicated relationships and desires, all while facing pressure from Éric's wealthy uncle to return home for Christmas.
