Eight strangers from different walks of life become trapped in an elevator on Christmas Eve, forcing them to confront their own struggles and learn what it truly means to be a good neighbor. The residents of a crowded New York City apartment building, including a widower, a dancer, a financial consultant, and three students, must come together to support one another amidst the holiday chaos. Among those stuck in the elevator is Mary Etuk's character from her role in "Sorrow", who joins an ensemble that includes Cameron (Drew Brock Baker), Maggie, Chase (Sterling Evans), and Scarlett (Aisha Marie).
