Saved by the Belle

In this zany 1939 short subject, The Three Stooges find themselves stranded in the tropical country of Valeska, where they're mistaken for spies and sentenced to be shot. A beautiful revolutionary named Rita helps them escape from a firing squad, and with her help, they embark on a mission to deliver plans to the leader of the rebellion - but not before accidentally carrying a calendar instead! The Stooges' hapless attempts at espionage lead to another close call, until an earthquake intervenes, sending them careening into chaos. Will they escape with their lives?
