In 1845, James Howlett witnesses his father's murder by groundskeeper Thomas Logan and develops bone claws that protrude from his knuckles, marking the beginning of a century-long journey as both victim and avenger, fighting in wars and forging an unbreakable bond with his half-brother Victor Creed.
