When an explosion at a gas station kills a policeman, "Gebbels" from homicide is assigned to the case. The investigation leads him to the trail of a bomb maker and kidnapper, behind dozens of attacks in Poland, initiating a confrontation that leads to all-out war. Character Andrzej Grabowski plays Jacek 'Gebels' Goc, a police officer who becomes embroiled in the conflict as his son gets involved in risky activities with friends.
