Curral

In the rural Brazilian city of Gravatá, the mayoral elections become a battleground between two rival political oligarchies, Blue and Red parties, as a severe drought makes water the main bargaining chip for votes. Chico Caixa, played by Thomás Aquino, joins his childhood friend Joel's councilor campaign to bring about change, but discovers that breaking with the established system is not as easy as he thought. As the campaign progresses, Caixa must navigate the complexities of politics and confront the harsh realities of power struggles in a city torn apart by division.
