Dr. Blalock (Warren Stevens) leads a study on human aggression and antisocial behavior at a Kansas City college, offering early parole to three women from a women's prison in exchange for their participation. Jillian Kesner, Janice Heiden, and June Fairchild play Carrie, Chicago, and Mitzi, respectively, as the subjects of the experiment. The experimental drug used on the women induces hostile behavior, complicating the study's goals.
